tonman,
I did not want to post in the contest thread regarding my submission so I figured this would be the next best way to contact you. I would love to do a demo of my Phat A$$ boost, but I built this for my brother-in-law for his 50th birthday and I know he has no way to record a demo. From what I saw the contest wasn't getting much action so I thought maybe if I posted something it would spur others to do so.

On another subject, Thank you for all you provide to this forum. Without your knowledge I would not be building pedals at all.

Hey! I'm just getting started. I've put together a few tube amp kits and one from scematics and now I'm hooked. I really want to understand how and why these circuts work so I can one day design my own. I've read the Electronic Projectsa for Musicians by Craig Anderson several times, but still don't understand why things work this way. could you recommend any books that might help me out and which projects are your favorites? Thanks a bunch!
