Throughout the video I have the Gain control at 2:00 and used my Guitar Volume to adjust the amount of distortion. This is a great circuit. It was used in tandem with a totally clean Tubemeister amp and Epiphone LP Standard all stock.

My daughter Paige playing a stock Squier Strat through a clean tube amp using the GuitarPCB Muff'n circuit built to Triangle specifications. This demo uses a low Sustain setting with the knob at roughly 12:00 position. This shows how useful this circuit is even in the lower Gain setting with a stock Squier.
